The Moisture Control Units that have been installed in all our coolers,
including the produce, meat, dairy, freezer and salad bar are giving us outstanding
results.

Lower temperature, less compressor run time, the thermostats have been
adjusted upward in all coolers, better operating coolers and energy savings.

What you have accomplished in our coffin units (frozen food units)
is unbelievable.  Not only do we have rock hard ice cream, (a first for this store),   we
have been able to adjust our defrost cycles to two times in a 24 hour period, down
from four a 24 hour period.  What is most impressive is that we have not had to
de-ice these freezers since the installation of your product. That was six months
ago.
