I am writing this letter of appreciation for what you have accomplished in all of my refrigeration
equipment at my facility. Measurements taken over a month after installation indicate that the moisture
control units have dropped temperatures between 3.2 and 4 degrees in all the walk-in
coolers. These observations are quite impressive.  Colder drier air with less condensation.
My kitchen staff is delighted as the offensive odors have dissipated in the bakery and
produce cooler.  Salads seem crispier and fresher in the pass through cooler.

I'm so pleased with these preliminary results, we're now considering your proposal to install the
desiccants in the air conditioning system for maintaining ideal humidity levels while realizing
additional energy savings.
