I would like to thank you for choosing the Grand Casino Hotel's for testing such an innovative product. Not only did we achieve shorter run and defrost times on the condensers and evaporators, we excited our loss-prevention people by removing the ice from the floors of the freezers. The executive chef for the Crabhouse tells me the handling of the items in the freezer has become a pleasure. There is no need to fight frost or snowing on the seafood boxes and so forth. These units apparently have an incredible drying effect during the defrost cycle of the freezers. In the coolers we noticed a decrease in humidity of 23%. This must be the reason for shorter run times on the compressors. Chef has made us turn the coolers up again for a second time. The coolers are maintaining even lower temperatures during peak open and close times on the cooler doors. Chef has promised to follow-up with a letter regarding the spoiling of produce or the lack thereof. Once I receive this letter I will forward it to your office. I am currently arranging meetings with our Casino people to assess, the need for this product at other properties. Once again, thanks for testing your product here.
